Are you an experienced Executive Compensation professional looking for your next career opportunity?
We are looking for a talented Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation to join our client’s team and work with leading organisations on complex and high-profile executive reward challenges. Our client is a market leading well established firm which offers significant opportunities for career advancement through to early partnership
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on executive remuneration strategy and reward frameworks.
- Delivering executive pay benchmarking and market analysis.
- Designing and reviewing annual bonus and long-term incentive plans (LTIPs).
- Supporting remuneration committee advice and reporting.
- Providing insights on corporate governance, regulatory developments and market trends.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- 5yrs + strong experience in executive compensation, executive remuneration or reward consulting.
- Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- A good understanding of executive incentive structures and corporate governance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to manage projects and build trusted client relationships.
