Senior HR BP Wholesale & International

Location : UAE

Remuneration: Tax Free :  Salary c£100,000 ++

We are acting for one of the most ambitious Banks in the UAE. This is an exciting time to join them and they have created this new role to support their growth plans.

They are looking for  an experienced HR BP who may have a generalist background but who has recently been working on the wholesale side. This role will suit a sleeves rolled up person who will have access to the very senior management on a regular basis. There will be an emphasis on on development and support for their international network.  The role will encompass :-

  • Development of the international network
  • Coaching and counseling senior managers
  • Talent management and mobility
  • Change Management
  • Development of the Wholesale Business

Key requirements:

  • Banking experience/knowledge – ideally wholesale
  • International experience – has worked in more than one country or for an international organization
  • Good generalist and some specialist HR experience
  • Involvement in organisational change programs
  • Knowledge and experience of Talent management
  • Experience of business builds/start ups or mergers and acquisitions would be an advantage
  • Able to build strong credibility with business heads
  • Flexible and resilient

Talent Manager

Our client is a well established and highly regarded Bank based in the UAE. The continual development of their ‘people focus’ necessitates hiring additional resource into their Talent Development team.

We are looking for an experienced (approx 5+ years) talent manager with a background possibly in Banking/Financial Services and organisational design and effectiveness. You will feel comfortable working with the senior managent.
