We are retained to search for an exceptional individual who will lead their Reward fuction globally. At least 10 years experience probably gained in consulting and then in house with a mixture of Executive Pay & Reward expertise is a prerequisite

Talent Manager

Our client is a well established and highly regarded Bank based in the UAE. The continual development of their ‘people focus’ necessitates hiring additional resource into their Talent Development team.

We are looking for an experienced (approx 5+ years) talent manager with a background possibly in Banking/Financial Services and organisational design and effectiveness. You will feel comfortable working with the senior managent.

The Salary will be tax fee and will be c£80,000.
