Lead Specialist – Enforcement : Banking

The role holder is responsible for managing and supporting the enforcement actions to promote and protect the stability and integrity of the financial system. The role holder upholds the legislation and regulations regarding the protection of the financial system by recommending to remove individuals from designated functions to ensure they will no longer pose a threat to depositors’ and policyholders’ interests. The role holder imposes administrative and/or financial sanctions and penalties, that acts as a deterrent to others from committing violations

Years & Nature of Experience

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Law, Finance, Management, an MBA or relevant subject
•  5-8 years’ work experience preferably in a Ministry, Banking or Financial entity
• Knowledge & Experience of a variety of Financial and Banking systems & Applications
